We were scheduled to have our roof done in the spring and had a small leak that started before the date of our project. Elite was very quick to react and get our roof done in a week to fix the problem without extra cost. While up there we also had them do our chimney stack areas that turned our great and was done in less than 3 days’ time.Even in these times of added cost due to the economy and etc. their cost was very reasonable, and I would recommend them for your next home project.I know I will.

Elite was very good to work with. The best thing I can say is they did what they said they would do. That’s hard to come by and a testimony to their company. What others have said is my experience as well. They were professional, responsive, and did very good work for us. We used Elite to replace cedar siding with James Hardie siding and we are glad we did. After obtaining several quotes we felt Elite was the most cost effective and made the best recommendations on what to do or not to do on our project. Also, they come highly ranked by James Hardie which is important should warranty needs arise.

After the hailstorm in early June in southern Wisconsin the storm chasers were out in full force. I did not want to go with any of them so I did my own research and found Elite Exteriors and am very glad I did! Ryan came out within days to give me a very fair estimate for a new roof (with extended warranty since they are a GAF certified installer), James Hardie siding, and downspouts. After looking over the damage he said he would have an estimate to me in a few days and on the third day I received a very detailed estimate (at this time I had been waiting for other estimates from a couple other contractors for a couple weeks). Ryan was amazing to work with – he gave recommendations for colors, sent us addresses so we could look at those colors on houses he had done, and was extremely responsive. If I ever had questions or concerns, Ryan got back to me the same night or the next day at the latest. This continued through the whole process. His employees were great as well. Karl was responsive with roofing questions/concerns (anything I had questioned, no matter how small, he made it right), Jeremy with the siding and Manuel, who did all of the siding, was amazing. Our house got a complete make-over with quality materials and my wife and I are extremely happy with all of the work (we have gotten many compliments from neighbors too). I highly recommend this company as my family’s experience with them could not have been better.

Earlier this year, we decided to address several aesthetic issues on the exterior of our home: Its original twenty-year roof was almost at the end of its lifespan and the wooden deck was beginning to show signs of deterioration despite repeated painting. The siding did not hold paint well and the colors, quite frankly, looked tired. It was time for a makeover.
We had hoped to find a full-service contractor that could address each of these areas. Moreover, we wanted to use quality materials e.g. GAF Timberline HDZ roofing shingles, TimberTech composite decking, and most importantly, James Hardie fiber cement plank siding. Installation of the latter requires a certified contractor for warranty; for that reason, the list of candidate contractors was very short and from that list we selected Elite Exteriors, LLC of New Berlin, WI. This selection was bolstered by a very nice and competitive bid especially given the materials and size of the home (4800 square feet).
Elite Exteriors began work promptly after delivery of the materials. The project carefully proceeded in discrete phases beginning with the installation of the new roof followed by the siding. Because the soffits and fascia boards were also being replaced, new gutters were installed which provided an opportunity for some design changes that would further protect the deck and siding from run-off. Under the supervision of an excellent set of foremen, Elite’s crews worked diligently in the hot weather and their excellent craftsmanship became obvious as the work progressed. It is to be expected that some glitches will occur on a project as large as this one. On this project, these were minor and they were addressed in a timely and equitable fashion each to our satisfaction. The individual crews and Elite Exterior management were responsive and this family-owned business did stand behind its stated goal of 100 percent customer satisfaction.
Our project was finished after five weeks of work. The project was wrapped up carefully with no debris or materials left on-site and no damage done to the property. Elite Exteriors had transformed our home into a new and exciting place that now showed some “pop”. We love the view as we drive down the street approaching our home. The best part may still be the fact that the exterior is now virtually maintenance free!
At the end of it all, Elite Exteriors met our expectations and delivered satisfaction. But if you are the kind of person that keeps track of everything, Elite Exteriors also brought to the table full spectrum service, good pricing, excellent craftsmanship and supervision, responsiveness, and integrity. Should you be searching for a contractor for your own project, what more could you possibly need?

Elite Exteriors did the roof on our office building. They came out promptly to give us a quote, and were able to start the job within two weeks. The communication we received from Ryan in regards to what to expect in order to not disrupt our business was outstanding. They did a complete tear off, and replaced all the damaged wood underneath. They replaced flashing by the vents and the elevators. The job was completed very quickly, and left the surrounding area completely cleaned up. No leakier roof!

Upon noticing that my ceiling drywall was collecting water, I immediately contacted Elite Exteriors. Elite was prompt, polite, and the pricing was fair. The flashing on my chimney and my siding was loose, and some of it was even installed backwards. Elite re-installed and re-fastened the flashings and caulked everything nicely.

I retained Elite Exteriors LLC of New Berlin to re-roof my main home, re-roof my detached garage, rip-off the old wood siding on the garage and replace it with Hardie-Board siding, install new gutters, replace a door, and then most importantly, stabilize and reinforce the sagging, collapsing garage roof. For my home built in 1951, there were a lot of unknowns when they accepted the job, but what fun we had. Elite’s team of roofers, gutter guys, carpenters, and Hardie-Board siding experts excelled. Elite Exteriors provided a comprehensive and competitive bid proposal for my storm a damaged 3rd story residential roof. They recommended the GAF Timberline HDZ roof system for its superior quality, aesthetics, and warranty. Of the 5 contractors I received bids from, their contract was by far the most professional, clear and concise. They were also one of the few roof contractors to have carpenters on staff to handle the roof and eave repairs without the need for me to hire a separate carpentry contractor. They completed the project in record time, from complete tear off to deck and eave repairs, to re-shingling and flat roof replacement. The team work was amazing to watch. I’ve had Elite out to my house a couple of times in the last few months for storm damage from high winds. The first time a city tree fell on my front porch. Without hesitation Elite came out. They did a fantastic job of matching up the shingles. They replaced the damaged soffit, gutters, and roof. They didn’t leave a mess. They walked around the house and tightened up some other loose areas. The second time we lost some shingles on our main roof. Within 48 hours they climbed up there and repaired the damage. They showed me before and after pictures and the work was seamless. I had an old dish attached to my house and I asked if they could take that down and patch the holes for me. Without hesitation the crew took it down and put it on the curb for the local scrapper. Once this roof wears out I’m going to put a metal one on. I will definitely be calling Elite when the time comes. I really can’t say enough. Kind, courteous, professional and quick! Exactly what you want and expect from a contractor.
