Elite did all siding, added stonework, did all windows. Big project, we love the results. Found a small issue 3.5 years later and contacted Elite. Had someone out within the week to take a look at fix it up. Great company, stands by their work. Would use again without question.

I would highly recommend Elite Exteriors. They were incredibly fast at getting my job under contract and through to completion faster than I would have ever expected. Karl was great to work with and answered every one of my questions/calls/emails promptly and professionally. 10/10 would work with them again.

We were in need of fiber cement board siding (our 15-year-old home, had the original siding that was of poor quality, installation, etc..) and had nothing but great experiences. From Ryan, who came out and gave us a quote, and stayed in touch with everything we needed…. to Jeremie who made sure everything was going as planned, they did everything they said they’d do, and probably even a few days quicker! Also did some deck reinforcing as well. Great work, value and service Elite Exteriors is a first-rate company!

I’ve had Elite (Ryan was fantastic) out to my house a couple of times in the last few months for storm damage from high winds.
The first time a city tree fell on my front porch. Without hesitation Elite came out. They did a fantastic job of matching up the shingles. They replaced the damaged soffit, gutters, and roof. They didn’t leave a mess. They walked around the house and tightened up some other loose areas.
The second time we lost some shingles on our main roof. Within 48 hours they climbed up there and repaired the damage. They showed me before and after pictures and the work was seamless.
I had an old dish attached to my house and I asked if they could take that down and patch the holes for me. Without hesitation the crew took it down and put it on the curb for the local scrapper.
Once this roof wears out I’m going to put a metal one on. I will definitely be calling Elite when the time comes.
I really can’t say enough. Kind, courteous, professional and quick! Exactly what you want snd expect from a contractor.

Elite Exteriors did the roof on our office building. They came out promptly to give us a quote, and were able to start the job within two weeks. The communication we received from Ryan in regards to what to expect in order to not disrupt our business was outstanding. They did a complete tear off, and replaced all the damaged wood underneath. They replaced flashing by the vents and the elevators. The job was completed very quickly, and left the surrounding area completely cleaned up. No more leaky roof!

I made an appointment for a quote and they were on time and I wasn’t…I got stuck in traffic and called and they said no problem, we will see you when you get home. We talked for a bit asking us what we wanted, while walking around the house suggestion were made that we thought we beneficial for us. We received a quote and accepted. We were given a time line and they were actually earlier than we anticipated. Though out the project we added and changed a few things along the way which they worked with us without any issues. The crew was very nice and respectful of our plants around the house and cleaned up all the debris before they left for the day. Overall, we couldn’t be happier how thing turned out…would definitely recommend Elite Exteriors!! We added a new window where a window didn’t exist, they cut it out, reframed, and installed with finish trim on the inside. We also had the house sided with replacing all the soffit, facia and gutters

It went very well. They were on time, protected my plants and cleaned up during and after project. They had a large crew and completed tear off and put on new shingles and roof ridge vents in one day and new gutters a few days later along with additional soffits. There was one glitch (did not install roof ridge vents on garage as per contract), but they came back the next day to install roof ridge vents. I was initially concerned with the timing of the project and Ryan, the owner, met all my concerns.

Ryan came personally and walked us through all of the options and helped us put together a great plan, he stayed in touch with us as we made a decision and was receptive as we refined color choices, etc. The work was completed within a week and part of a day by a great team, they handled some logistics challenges with supplies and dumpsters very well and took great care of the house and surrounding area. The team was helpful and attentive to what we needed, we weren’t pressure but were clearly informed about a roof flashing change they needed to make and were happy to make the improvement. When we decided to add a door to the garage they pulled in a carpenter and were able to take care of it without a timeline change at a reasonable cost. We would definitely recommend the Elite Exteriors team and will be reaching out to them for any future needs!

My home is an older home (1936) with the large, leaded round top windows and I wanted to keep the look of the windows while getting greater energy efficiency. Elite Exteriors installed windows that needed to be custom made by Marvin and they fit perfectly. They also needed to be stained to match the current wood work in the house. The windows look as if they have always been a part of the house. There was some custom interior woodworking that needed to be done to retrofit the new windows and Elite Exteriors did a superior job on this part of the project. We had a small snafu with pricing, but I was informed immediately and since this was a difficult project, I understand it. The attention to detail, professionalism and care of Elite Exteriors is outstanding.

They tore off the old layers of shingles on a steep pitched roof with several different angles and roof lines, they put up new gutters and they repaired and tuckpointed the chimney. Very nice job.

Very well. one of the very few contractors that have done quality work and did it quickly, even though it was windy outside. It did take a while for the company to finally come out to do the job, but considering the weather. Also, they went beyond and fixed a couple of little problem areas on the roof. Thank you!

I had a leak in my roof which was at the end of its life and needed it fixed fast. Ryan was there right away to quote the job and give a warranty best in the industry. I am so thrilled with my home. I had 3 different colors of paint around my aluminum storms, my dormer was in horrible shape and on the roof and difficult to get at. I needed 23 windows aluminum-clad and the dormer repaired and new gutters and downspouts installed. What a great company. What great crews! From Ryan to the office staff to the gutter installers to the siding crew – every one of them professional, polite, responsive and helpful. Always loved my home but now I super love it. No more window painting, ugly dormer or clogged gutters (since they installed leaf guards also). Thank you all at Elite!!

They sided our entire two-story home in vinyl siding, wrapped the windows, and put up new fascia and soffits. It was a little scary for us when we decided to side the house because it is such a large investment and we didn’t know who to hire. We had 5 different quotes from 5 different companies (all A rated from Angie’s List). Elite Exteriors was not the cheapest or the most expensive but we felt the most confident in going with them. It was a great experience! Dan, the sales guy, came over to give us an estimate promptly after we contacted the company. He was very professional and easy to work with. He came back for a second visit as well because we changed the scope of the project which impacted the estimate. After we signed with them, they said it would be about 4-6 weeks to start. About a month later, the work started. The workmen were here around 7 a.m. each morning and didn’t leave till 6 or so each night. The project lead was great to work with too. Ryan, the owner, stopped by to check on the progress and make sure we were happy with everything. As the project winded down, we regularly heard from Ryan. He continually checked in to make sure we were happy with the work and seemed genuinely concerned about our perception of the work. Something notable, was that there was no mention of payment or arranging to get the final payment until Ryan had confirmed multiple times with us that we were happy with the work. Only then did we make arrangements with them to make the final payment. However, we are very happy with the work they did and would recommend them.

Elite Exteriors LLC installed 22 new windows for us. The existing frames and structure of the building was horrible. Elite’s crew did an excellent job making everything square and level. They were just great. They were clean, efficient, and their price was right in line with everybody else. I wanted to specifically mention windows in a review, because we are thrilled on how they turned out. I strongly recommend Elite Exteriors LLC.

Can I give this company a higher score than A? They exceeded my expectations. Two layers of roof were removed and new roof was installed. The estimate was done promptly and was very fair. The work was done in one day even though we have a very large roof. The clean-up was extremely thorough (I have yet to find a stray nail). Communication with Ryan was easy, reliable, and he did everything possible to make sure I was 100% satisfied. When I commented that the new roof exposed a section of the old gutter that was discolored, he sent a member of his crew to repaint that section…. clearly not his responsibility, but WOW, what service! I have nothing but praise for this company. They really went the extra mile to see that we were completely satisfied… and we are!

We were very pleased with the quality of work done by all of the workmen on all aspects of the job. The house looks like it was just built. The workmen with courteous and considerate, and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each workday. The materials used were high quality and should give us the long-term freedom from maintenance we are seeking. Ryan and Dave are great to work with, very personable and responsive. They went out of their way to assure our satisfaction with the work. We recommend them without reservation to anyone considering siding and/or window replacement.

After contacting numerous roofing companies, I contacted Elite Exteriors because a neighbor had referred me to them. Being a single female with no roofing knowledge, I was looking for a company that would be prompt and feel like I was getting my money’s worth. The estimator contacted me promptly with a quote on how much the roof would cost me. He was polite and answered every question I had, leaving me to feel confident in my decision to go with this company. They were timely from start to finish. Very respectful and professional. Overall, this was an easy and no pressure experience for me. They will be doing more services for me in the future.
