We purchased a home and contacted Elite Exteriors for a consultation on the condition of our existing siding. Instead of just discussing my concerns over the phone, they willingly sent Ryan out to look over the house. He was very knowledgeable and provided clear guidance in managing deterioration and making mends while we begin to budget and save up for replacement with a superior siding product. Elite Exteriors did the roof on our office building. They came out promptly to give us a quote, and were able to start the job within two weeks. The communication we received from Ryan in regards to what to expect in order to not disrupt our business was outstanding. They did a complete tear off, and replaced all the damaged wood underneath. They replaced flashing by the vents and the elevators. The job was completed very quickly, and left the surrounding area completely cleaned up. No more leaky roof!

After deciding to stay put in our house instead of building new, we knew the first phase of our remodeling would need to be the exterior… replace the roof, gutters, downspouts, windows, siding, and landscaping. After an exhaustive amount of research on companies that provide these services in southeast Wisconsin and we decided to interview the TOP 5. Knowing this would be a very big and expensive project it was important that we get a good vibe and trust the company we choose. (Early in the process, before doing much research, we got a bid from an actual con-man-scammer, who had been convicted for scamming and stealing! Yes, they’re out there, so be careful.) When we interviewed Ryan from Elite it was very apparent that he knew his stuff and was a transparent, straight shooter. He helped educate us on the different materials to choose from and why some are seemingly more expensive at the beginning but are a better choice in the long run. After researching again, we soon realized everything Ryan told us was absolutely correct! We are SO glad we decided to go with HARDIE siding and FULL REPLACEMENT MARVIN WINDOWS! The entire process was fast, the disruption was minimal, the communication was great, the materials used were superior, the crew was friendly and conscientious, and the price was very fair! They did an excellent job on our front porch and exterior doors also! I can honestly say I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELITE EXTERIORS to anyone in need of some exterior updating. You won’t be disappointed.

We looked for many years (8) for a contractor that would keep their word or even show-up. We had a great experience with Elite Exteriors LLC. They kept their word and they had a great response time. I retained Elite Exteriors LLC of New Berlin to re-roof my main home, re-roof my detached garage, rip-off the old wood siding on the garage and replace it with Hardie-Board siding, install new gutters, replace a door, and then most importantly, stabilize and reinforce the sagging, collapsing garage roof. For my home built in 1951, there were a lot of unknowns when they accepted the job, but what fun we had. Elite’s team of roofers, gutter guys, carpenters, and Hardie-Board siding experts excelled. They overcame a number of old-home “gotcha’s”, applying a thorough understanding of their craft, their products, flexibility, and a determination to get to the best possible outcome for me – the customer. My wife and I couldn’t have been more pleased. When they were done, it was like – “WOW!” Elite Exteriors is reliable, professional, cost competitive (that’s how they got the job in the first place), and a pleasure to work with at all levels of the organization. If you are considering doing work on your home, I highly recommend you talk to Elite Exteriors. Thumbs Up, guys. Thumbs Up.

Elite Exteriors recently completed a complete residing of our house, including new shutters. We are very pleased with the product, James Hardie siding, and with the service we received. Ryan from the company is very knowledgeable and help guide us in selecting the product and making sure the project was completed in a professional manner. The project crew was courteous, prompt and did a great job, especially the crew boss Jose Mendes. We have recommended Elite to several friends and neighbors.

Working with Elite Exteriors was a pleasure. They were prompt, did exactly what they said they would, they did have to delay once due to the weather, but had no issues due to them communicating that to me. They did my roof back in November 2019 out in West Bend. Looks fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone looking for exterior work. Very professional!

Huge thank you to Ryan, Dave and the entire crew from Elite Exteriors LLC. When we bought our house a few years ago we knew the windows would need to be replaced under our ownership, but didn’t think it would be in the first 3 years of ownership. My wife and I dreaded the process of getting quotes and definitely knew it was not going to be a “cheap” home project. Ryan put us at ease from the minute we first met. After getting numerous quotes we chose Elite Exteriors LLC because of their expertise and the way Ryan and Dave made us feel at ease about everything. The crew showed up on time every day and we could not be any happier with our new windows! We sure can tell the difference between our new Marvin windows and the drafty old windows they replaced. If you are replacing windows in your home you need to call Elite Exteriors.

I called Elite Exteriors to obtain an estimate to replace my CertainTeed fiber cement siding and to obtain information about the class action lawsuit. Unfortunately, my home in Door County is outside of their service area. I was told however they had a staff person who could provide information about the lawsuit. Ryan called me back within the hour and provided valuable information. He then followed that up with an email. I was very impressed with Ryan and Elite Exteriors. My only regret is that I was outside their service area.
